Did you grow up with a childhood stuffed animal that you worshiped and loved so much?
I know I did. Several. Too many to count. I had a real weakness for cute cuddly stuffed animals.
I still do today, especially those from the 50's.
They have certain look and style about them that I adore. Cute big heads, black eyes, and felted red tongues.
My sweet friend Shelley McNair Burgess found this pink teddy and surprised me with her.
She's old, worn and well loved!
While shopping a flea market recently I found these darling knitted bunny mittens.
Seriously cute huh? Too bad they don't make them in adult sizes. ;)
My next adorable treasure is this mini suitcase with a pink fluffy lamb and her friends.
Pink lambs = Heart stopping, pass out on the floor... LOVE!
Sweet vintage lamb.
Notice...same red felted tounge. :)
These adorable vintage critters inspired me to create this photograph collage piece.
I took a high quality photograph of my lamb, and made it the center point.
How can you not love a face like this?
This collage is available in my Etsy shop.
I hope this post touched your inner childhood memories and brought a smile to your face!
Cuddly Hugs!
awww! i have that same teddy in red and white. when i was 6 i had the chicken pox and could not go to the school carnival. a "big boy" neighbor won it and brought it to my folks.....they put it on the end of my bed and i was one happy little girl when they woke me up to find it. that was a long time ago...i still have him! xo

Adorable! When I was a little girl in the 1960s, these animals were prizes at country fairs. I can still see them hanging up along the different game booths.
Nice job on the framed piece.

Adorable finds! I still have my favorite stuffed puppy from when I was very little, wrapped in my super soft baby blankets.
